
WOODLAND HILLS, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- A deadly crash on the 101 Freeway shut down all northbound lanes for several hours in the Woodland Hills area Wednesday morning.
The crash was reported around 1:30 a.m. at Valley Circle Boulevard, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Two cars were involved in the collision, but it's unclear what caused it. One person, who has not been identified, died at the scene.
All northbound lanes of the freeway remained closed through 5 a.m.
